i don't understand why Kubo didn't just reveal that sword was Grimmjow instead of making us wait all this time, but I guess Kubo had to be Kubo.Kubo and his teasing (read as trolling). He probably did a new design for him and gave him stronger powers, he just want us to be more excited. (read as trolled)

Rather than bringing back dead character it's more like he's bringing back people which death weren't sure.

You're obviously missing something here, one of the basics of the world of Bleach. What happens when a human dies in the real world? All 3 of these guys are humans, and they with no doubt died (Why the hell would Ichigo go to retrieve Ginjou's body then?), and they went to SS after dying, it's as simple as that. There might a bit more to it than that especially since Ginjou is a substitute shinigami, but the other 2 obviously died and went to SS.

Hmmm im either misunderstanding something or your mixing up the time lines. When Gin was a kid he got brought into SS and became somewhat of a prodigy as the youngest who ever "graduated", during that time Aizen  wasn't even a captain yet and Ichgio wasn't even known about and Urahara just made captain rank. Years later Ichigo comes along but by that point Gin had grown up under Aizen and clearly was more powerful then most others in SS and had several times played around with Ichigo never really taking those fights seriously. MY problem is Gin was watching Ichigo and knew how powerful he was yet Gin never even used his true bankai against him and still thrashed him pretty easily. Think back to the last time the two fought Gin beat him down to the point he stopped to tell a story and told him he was disappointed in Ichigo's abilities so while sure he isn't Azien level i would put him among the top level members in SS. The real problem is nobody knows just how strong Gin was because he never really got any fights in and it was never really mentioned short of calling him a prodigy similar to byakuya so that was massively disappointing.

Im still hoping for the royal palace pop that would be amazing especially if it was like last page nothing but the Gin face and something similar to "did you really think i died back then". Not to mention i still want to see where the rangiku/gin story was going i mean clearly there was love between the two and they knew each other since they were kids but that story got cut really short. Not sure how i would feel about resurrected kid gin unless there was something that let you know clearly that it was Gin.

What I'm basically saying is that Gin is weaker than Isshin, Urahara and Yoruichi, he was a new shinigami (and a kid) when Aizen trolled everyone and when those 3, who can also be considered as some of Bleach's strongest people as well as the most mysterious, were captains (we still don't know Isshin's whereabouts at that time). Aizen defeated these 3 when he gained a power-up, after  that he got another 2 power-ups and got way stronger than he was before and killed Gin, who was weaker than those 3 (If you want to compare him to Byakuya, Byakuya wasn't able to even beat Yoruichi in flash-steps, so there's no way Gin could be stronger than any of these 3)

Thats true i am not saying he is stronger then those 3 but i would put him at captain class even if he was only lieutenant. Just seems like they made an awesome character with a great story, purpose, potential and then only killed him off which is what bugs me the most. If during that rampage Aizen killed some other main story line people maybe a few captains a few of the important vizards anything it wouldn't be that bad but to one hit kill a main guy and then never bring him up in any other story line just seems stupid. Even more so that other low tier people are coming back with no real reason( as of yet)

^^ I agree about the Grimmjow thing. Seems like Kubo's just pleasing fans. He was not even a top 5 Espada, and got crushed by plain old Hollowfied Tensa Zangetsu.  He was cool and all, but for him to receive some insane power-up without doing anything for it is just going to be ridiculous. Much rather see Gin return although that won't happen.

I predicted that the RG would need to find a way back to the RP other than their original Tenchuuren, and that Kukakku would make an appearance, but did Not see the FB's coming back in to the picture!

So can anyone Reach the Royal Palace? If so, I'm guessing that you still need the Ouken to be able to reach the Soul King, who I guess resides in that giant pillar atop everything.

Fantastic portrayal of the Royal Palace, but I wonder what kind of people reside in the city below the palace. If lower spirits, shinigami, and even Shinigami Royalty, normally live in, and around SS, then who are the inhabitants of the city inside the Royal Palace? Members of the Central 46? It seems like a vast population of Royal Citizens, instead of just the few that are in the RG. So in fact, it's not a solitary, and desolate place at all, rather an entirely new society of Royal inhabitants that live above SS, and are also protected by the RG. Wonder who get's chosen to live there?, and are the citizens powerful, or crucial for some function, or are they the ones governing everything?

Regardless, can't wait to find out more! I'm guessing that Isshin is the "Uncle". All the Shinigami captains IMO always show a lot of respect to both Ichigo, and Isshin whenever they interact, even Aizen did this. I figure this eludes to them being part of some great noble clan.

Can't wait to get an in depth look into the Royal Palace, and finally start connecting some of the mysteries that have plagued Ichigo's inner peace for so long. Oh yea, also Pumped about getting to see Tensa Zangetsu 2.0. Fantastic chapter, and they're getting better every week.  5/5

Tensa Zangetsu recreated with the spirit technique. Return to SS, free Aizen and through the hogyoku wish that the old Tensa Zangetsu gets repaired........profit.

Grimmjow suffered for tens or hundreds of years to reach the Vasto Lorde, and when he fought Ichigo he wasn't able to reach it yet. Grimmjow coming back as a Vasto Lorde is pretty reasonable. That's of course, if he did turn into one.

The battles in Bleach is a battle of Reiatsu, Gin was one-shotted by Aizen, a god-tier character at Yamamoto's level, or even stronger after those transforms, so a slash from Aizen is way too much stronger than a slash from Nnoitra or Ulquiorra for example. (I'd love it if he comes back, but Gin is pretty much dead, as well as Tousen)

Well i think were giving Grimmjow to much credit here since nobody knows how long he was in HM but i would argue that he really wasn't suffering. When we first learn of his past we know he was an Adjuchas, become king of a gang of other Adjuchas, then proceeded to eat 3k hollows before his gang quits and goes well we already knew you were the pst and you would make it. After that he is already with Aizen so who knows time frame wise what that meant but by that point one would assume he would have been doing alright for himself. your right though he fought Ichigo 3-4 times and sure he wasn't at his "potential" ( man i feel like im going DBZ here) but neither was Ichigo and yet Grimmjow still could not win. That's the other thing if he makes Vasto Lorde great but at this point we don't even know if he did it and either way we know it means another Ichigo fight and i am willing to bet that again Grimmjow will lose so what's the point?

For the second part yes i agree a hit from Aizen packs a wallop but again it was an arm cut off and one cut across the chest there really is no reason the arm couldn't be replaced and the slash healed, not like Aizen cut him in half it was simply a slash. I just cannot believe such a character who impacted a lot of events that shaped the Gotei/Aizen's army/Aizen's downfall was left to die in an alley when another character that lost every single fight he has been shown in is walking around like nothing happened. I was fine with Halibel living and taking over HM that makes sense since she was a higher ranked officer and more powerful but even she got captured and beat so again i have no idea how Grimmjow is just wandering around aside from this being done to appease the masses. There's really no point of the fight of Ichigo and Grimmjow, that's why they'll become allies and fight side by side, the same thing goes for all the other characters. Also, one of the reasons of Grimmjow's comeback is because of him being loved by the fans, the same thing goes for Nel. Speaking of DBZ, Bleach is DBZ + Yu Yu Hakusho.

We still know very few things of what their motivations of coming and how they came and how each of them survived, so let's wait for more explanations, it's just a chapter of comebacks. Hell, even Grimmjow didn't appear and we still don't know if he turned into a Vasto Lorde or what he looks like now. We also still don't know the reason the Quincies are fighting too. There are lots of questions that need to be answered, so wait for answers for now.

Gin, as well as all 'souls', are not humans, they have no bodies, they have a spiritual form, which is different from a human's body. Gin was hurt by a god-tier 'creature' with a godlike Reiatsu and his spiritual form couldn't withstand the wound and thus died.

Well i agree with mose of the Grimmjow things but one would assume that the contract is for a fight between the two. Sure they will team up now but in the end there would be a fight and i simply can not see Grimmjow winning that one since he lost all the others. LOL i totally forgot Nel showed up but that is another one that i could have done with out since she also really seemed to not belong rather she just showed up and then left again.

I am fine with all the questions and ya we need answers but i don't see a point in granting super power ups to characters that have little to do with the story. I mean Grimmjow had no impact story wise and could easily have been replaced by any other character to fill in for the few fights we saw him in. Sure he may have hit Vasto Lorde finally but at this point after seeing quinces, FB, reshaped Bankais and squad 0 showing up it just seems like even at his peak it really isn't anything to brag about anymore.

For the Gin bit ok yes Aizen is god tier but of all the major characters hit Gin is the only one who died. Ichigo recovered just fine, Isshin recovered, Urrhara didn't seem to take any damage, even the vizards who jumped in lived (except for that one forgot what her name was) yet Gin gets a one hit kill shot it simply doesn't make sense. The others were around they could have attempted to heal his wounds or at least hold him till Unohana or orihime could work on him i mean they were able to heal everyone else right? So again I see no reason why Gin died rather pointlessly yet characters like NEl, Grimmjow, those 3 chicks that can summon their big beasty all lived yet bring nothing to the story and have had any really no impact since we last saw them.

Hmm, if Isshin is the "uncle" of Kuukaku it might seem that Isshin might not approve of Ichigo going to royal palace.

And Urahara seems to have filled Chad/Inoue in on stuff we don't know about to the point that Chad considers that Ichigo will run away once he knows?

More and more evidence that Royal Guards are not good news.

But didn't the clock guy kill his wife? Shouldn't he go to hell then?

If you watched the anime-adaptation, you would know that it was one action he actually regretted, an impulse "let's test my power" moment - something that he tried to undo and lost the eye in the process
