16 chapters to set up the plot is fast to you? 2 volumes of nothing but telling again and again the same plot points that were explained ages ago is what you call "faster than ever"? Do I need to remember you that back in the first days of Bleach its longest storyline, namely 6/17, lasted only 9 chapters? The pacing of Bleach is still as slow as molasses, and this chapter does not help since it was only dialogue with a plot twist at the end.

Then Kenpachi comes surely he doesnt need a bankai XD

which will do jack-shit to quincies, just as any reiatsu based attack(like GT did nothing to Kirge).



The only way as Allon has shown is to just outright overpower them with physical strength or reiatsu till they die.

Its a kanji meaning BAN



Actually, the point here is not WHAT this symbol is, but WHY it's there. What's the point of emphasizing this one kanji of "bankai"? I think there's clearly some link being made here by Kubo between how Quincy's steal the bankai and Ichigo's Tensa Zangetsu - maybe Ichigo's bankai is some kind of "original, first bankai" crap and that's why it's immune to this technique (and that's why "ban" kanji is so prominent in his bankai forms).

I hope it's something more and better than that, because such a lazy and uninspired way of explaining it would suck.



Because of Quincy item getting a shape of of BAN kanji.



Byakuya is saying that its not a seal (on quincy item). its a kanji for "BAN", implying that they took the bankai instead of just placing a seal through the item.

yamaji will die, as well as some usual stuff, SS will be almost completely decimated. Ichigo will come back from HM, go "well, fucK" and decide to free Aizen with captains saying its a bad idea.



There has been foreshadowing of Aizen  and Ichigo double-teaming Buckbeard as far as the start of FB arc.

The speculations are because  
The sneak peeks for this arc suggested we will learn on why Ichigo and Kaien look similar



But IMo, no thats not him.

The 'we're gonna get raped' expression on the captains was priceless.



Kubo could of included all the captain bankai releases in a single page...waste of ink but oh well.

Also, I can't wait to see Mayuri fight...he will prob figure out a way to beat them without bankai since he'll use some poison or drug and make the quincies his lab-rats

As many have brought up, KENPACHI would love this situation lol.



Any way, Bleach seriously needs more panels.  



So 4 Bankai's get stolen.  Ukitake and Shuunsui are still in the game, Ichigo is immune and I wonder if they can steal Resurrección's.  If not, Ichigo/Urahara's crew making an entrance with Grimmjow R2, Halibel, Nel and a few hundred Arrancar would be fun to witness.  (Just wishful thinking here ^^, The Quincies should technically slaughter everyone except Ichigo, Urahara and Grimmjow R2 any way.)



The Aizen card most likely will be saved for later.  It's pointless to release him this early, if ever.



Also, Yoruichi would actually be effective in this situation (with her pure physical prowess and fighting style).  Maybe it's time for her to show up?  Another thing, if Ichigo is immune, would Isshin be immune as well?



It seems like these fights will be dragged out, I hope we get to see some serious casualties on both sides.

Same level? They have hado and kido, remember? They don't even need bankai to defeat their subordinates.
