I wish they would do that. Aizen would probably be the only one able to escape the Quincies easily. He just needs to release his zanpakuto in front of them and create an ilusion. Also he is immortal so yeah... I'm in the Free Aizen Team!

If Kubo didn't name those 3 characters then people would ask about their names. Noname characters would probably not have shikai either.



Kira might have been hit but maybe he still lives. Matsumoto got herself hit by Allon not to that extent but still. Kira is able to do some medical shinigami art. Maybe Rukia will get there just to see him pass away.



None of the VC's have chance versus Quincy of this level when Ichigo has hard time with foot soldier. If Rukia gets spotted by Quincy then there is big chance of her loosing an arm or leg before Byakuya comes to save the day and in the end pay with his life.



Shuuhei (69 guy) now has Matsumoto all to himself if they don't die in a chapter or two.



@grandy_UiD I don't think Quincy want to waste time here fighting everyone 1 by 1. They will go in mass aoe killing of foot soldiers and then take their time with Captains if none interfere before they are done.



Mayuri better have some device to stop quincy's released form or in few chapters there wont be any Shinigami left. Worst case there are still the guys from Royal Guard (or it's just a fairy tale where ppl get sent to maggot nest).
