Kubo pulled another one of his sly cards...I guess this means Grimmjow's return is imminent.

Fan service? Notice 7 characters who returned were all chicks... But I'm betting that all Espada will return if that girl who was crushed and the ones who were burned did (they were fodder too)

These new villains make Aizen look like a hero.  At least he treated all his underlings professionally, with manners and even respected their wishes.  (At least until they fulfilled their purpose ^^)



Hurray for Loly and Menoly.  Too bad they're still getting slapped around even to this day though.  Harribel's fraccion returns too?  All we need now is Grimmjow (With second release) and we're good to go.



I'm also really glad Urahara is there this time too.  His presence alone lifts the mood and I hope he will reveal some feats this arc.

The arc is lame and too plain. They went to HM just like that, with almost the same cast again, with Urahara as a refreshing member. I can already see them fighting the villains with old side-characters from Soul Society appearing when the things get heated. Same ol' crap again. The only redeeming factor for this arc would be if Starrk, Grimmjow and Ulquirra appeared + Harribel stay alive.



I don't think SS have the manpower (captains) to send into HM anymore. Yamamoto and rest of top Captains are probably working on plan how to fight the VonderReich. They might even count for Ichigo intervention.



Urahara is in HM so that makes me think no one is coming to help. He is there to open the gate to human world once situation is cleared. We might see Mayuri as he had some business there probably. I just want to see powered up Nemu with some hollow stuff =D



Ulquiorra could come back. One way would be if his dust form mixed with HM and regenerated spiritual energy to reform back into his released form. Maybe he could even get stronger.



Arrancars are limited in powering up. Even if we see Grimmjow or Starrk they are probably way under VonderReich level. More free loaders @ Ichigo house or Urahara shop :D

As cool as it would be, ulquiorra is definitely not coming back guys. And neither is Starrk since they pesche just confirmed his death in the last chapter.



And as far the people who reappeared in this chapter being alive. Yamamoto did say he was going to easy on hallbel's fraction right before he took them down. And yes the other two girls had very open ended defeats in the manga, but in the anime it shows loly getting rescued by uryuu on his way up the tower during an omake. and menoly only got knocked out by yami.



everyone just assumed the were killed off because they are minor characters and didn't really expect (or want) them to come back into play.

Anyways, good chapter in my opinion. Happy to see some old faces. Really enjoying this arc so far.

Why these 3 arrancars is alive? I think Yamamoto Gen Ryusai killed them.
