I'm still waiting on one more character to die, so Kubo hits that oh so special number of 108 AGAIN. http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/OneHundredAndEight

I'm glad 107 people died. Whats funny is in 5 minutes more people died in Bleach than the whole war in Naruto. LMFAO

This new boss bad guy i like him. The type or ruthless Bleach needs. Ichigo will have to kill. It's strange he only wanted to slow him down are him and Ichigo related some way since Ichigo is called a True Blood.

But I'm not really sure about anything anymore... no longer sure what this guy is, what he wants, where he is, how he promotes people to his "guard"... is this really "the thing" that Urahara defended?

The word used in japanese for Soul King was not just for inanimate objects but for, literally monsters. This guy does qualify as quite a monster.

Alright guys, it's prediction time.

BACKGROUND: The first arc of bleach focused entirely on the human world, and how spirits, hollows, and humans exist there temporarily. The second ark, when Ichigo saves Rukia, we explore the world of Soul Society. The ark where Ichigo is trying to save Orihime takes place almost exclusively in Hueco Mundo. But there exists another "world" in Bleach: The world of The Soul King.

Bleach is about to end. This is the last arc. Would Tite Kubo really leave this subject untouched?

The first thing I thought of when Genryuusai's room was infiltrated by an unknown group all dressed in uniform was: OH SH** THE ROYAL GUARD?. Now, a guy who is clearly in charge of stuff is talking about restoring balance and peace of souls in all of these worlds? Soul Society has always been shown to be somewhat corrupt (especially in getting rid of the Visored and Urahara), so I wouldn't be surprised if The Soul King was evil-ish, too. IDK, it's a bit ambitious for a prediction, but it kinda fits so far.

SIDENOTE: The arrancar/Quincy guy could be both. Apparently this guy (i call him sideburns-kun) can somehow train and create arrancar so i wouldn't be surprised if one of his subordinates had both abilities.

TL;DR, Tite Kubo will prob bring up the Soul King in some way before the series end, in order to fix this plot hole. Thus, the declarers of war may be the Royal Guard operating under another name.

If this ends up being true, you guys heard it here first.

Well, we learned that Gol D. Roger finds Arrancars dispensable... so that confirms that he was an arrancar... didn't that guy who just died tell Ichigo that he was not an arrancar?! what the hell =.=

(snipped all wan piss wankery for relevant points)

Arrancar is a race. Quincy is a teaching. He was an arrancar taught in quincy teachings, I guess. :)

I'm wondering if this death counts since the guy was only seen 1- 3 times in the entire series. Gotta feel bad for him being killed off like that.

It counts power wise since Sasakibe is implied to be stronger than captains and in case of Yamamoto's death would have succeeded him as captain commander.

Q: The senior captains doesn't change their appearance much, so Kyouraku did not change either?

Kubo: Yes. Captains who holds the position for a very long period will not change a lot. Thats because they've undergo numerous pitched battles in the past. However, will witnesses the difference and new sides in the future battles. I guess Shunsui will go bankai. Also the haori that he wore contains some "history/background".

Yes, there's already infodump thread about bleach final arc on this very forum here

Where the hall have you been ? We knew that Halbel, Nel and Grimjow are alive for more than a year now.

Grimjow's fate was left ambiguous, but there was Unohana around at the time, so I don't think he's still alive. Halibel however was left for dead in fake Karakura, unless that injury made by Aizen wasn't lethal, in which case, knowing Kubo, it could actually be right.

We KNOW that Unohana healed grimjow and Halibel(who was hit non-fatally by Aizen, just like the rest of them). We know Halibel has been left in charge of Hueco Mundo by SS as the strongest surviving arrancar as to not bring dis-balance into the whole pluses versus minuses thing and keep minuses in check from overflowing real world.

Well, you know because all that stuff didn't happen in the manga but in the additional material that I didn't read. Though it's not clear how Halibel survived the injury or why Unohana healed Grimjow.
