That IS correct.



Quincy is a teaching that "quincies" got from a "race of magic hunters".



SO I bet the new enemies are royal guards.

Quincy is NOT a race. Its  a teaching.



A shinigami could be a quincy.

A hollow could be a quincy.

A fullbringer could be a quincy.



Its a teaching that takes hundreds of years to hone into bloodline and it stems from an older race of "magic hunters">





My bet? Those guys are all royal guards - joining royal guard means you need to forsake your usual power set and embrace the teachings upon which quincies are based upon.



It makes a perfect sense considerin the nature of fullbring and how it connects the idea of one deity connected to everything and considering quincy angelic nature of powers and how similar to fullbring in general the power is.



So royal guard would be consisting of shinigami, hollows and fullbringers having been taught in the teachings upon which quincies based theirs and augmenting their powers with it.



A perfect power for an army of someone who supposedly rules the universe.

Ever since the final of the fullbring arc, a lot of things from older chapters start to appear. I guess that Kudo's style of dealing with certain ideas is to delay them till a far away future and catch us off guard. Something that I liked about Fullmetal Alchemist, so it's approved.



As for the whole Quincy thing, all I can say that it makes perfect sense that they are, since they declared war on the shinigami who almost eradicated them from the earth itself 200 years ago. Other than that, nothing else.

Now I began to think on would Ishida join the quincy side and why would he if he did.





What if Quincy Massacre happened because of Ichigo?



I am beginning to think that Ichigo is SS version of Kwisatz Haderach – some secret project of SS with intent of toppling Soul King or something similar. That would be right in the line with them declaring war upon SS and would even explain why Quincies got exterminated(if quincies were loyal to King and got their hands upon the info). Quincies might have been purged litteraly to cover up the fact of such plans existing.



It would also explain why Aizen “knew Ichigo since he was born” as well as why Ukitake and Shunsui talked that way about “Ichigo having grown up” as if they have known him for a while.



It would also explain what Ishida's grandpa said in the flashback about that "When ishida finds out the truth he will have to decide on if he wants to protect what his father wants to protect".



That would certainly shake up Ishida.

I wish I could get paid millions for drawing the same character seven times with a few scrabbled lines. It makes you feel like everyone can do it even without any realy ability.

He clearly knows how to sell a cheap image like that, an ability which you do not have, reason why you complain about the image.

Dunno, but I hope we finally find out what was inside Szayel's lab. I believe it was said by Kubo to be really important to the story, and we still didn't find out why, it's high time now.

I pretty much doubt that's Aizen, it must be a quincy. Anyways, Aizen wouldn't act like that.

The quincys are rebelling.

"We will go when we finish this bread", they don't even care about the new guy lol
