1. nothing is explained because its not the right time yet, and its not even anywhere near the end. Why are u so impatient for explanations?
2. well, you can drop bleach right now because Kubo said Bleach might go on for another 10 years and he has written down the main storyline on paper.
10 more years of waiting for some half-assed reasons? I'm not impatient, the problem with Bleach is they payoff isn't very good and subplots go nowhere. It feels like things are just being made up on the spot/retconned into the story when needed.

Are you 12 years old? Grow up. That's because Ichigo is dumb, the other Shinigamis do actually observe their opponents and actually strategize their fights.

That still doesn't make it any good. Bleach doesn't need 10 years, it's just wasting time because Kubo doesn't know what to do or even the answers to his questions, he's just dragging this along until he can come up with some half-baked answers.

Again, this was unnecessary, you could easily connect the dots that it was connected to hollowfication because we've already seen this situation before with Ichigo. There was absolutely no need to wait this long for something like this.

That's not a mystery, it's very obvious Ichigo learned Final Getsuga Tenshou for the fight with Aizen to happen. It's obvious how it happened, Ichigo gets stabbed to get a power up, that's not a mystery.

No, the moral of the story is learn how to not nitpick scenes and pretend they're mysteries when they're not.
Patience comes to those who deserve it and Bleach most certainly doesn't.
The examples you gave aren't mysteries, they're fairly obvious because Bleach is fairly predictable except some plot twists during the good old days. Well, not to people like you or Kubo.
