Oh people, still clinging to the shinigami and hollow stuff. Thankfully, we won't be seeing that for quite a while and I , for one, welcome this fresh air - damage is actually important with real bodies, abilities look fresh, fight scenes actually have some creativity(loved the shot of Ginjou evading that slash).
AS for chapter itself:
- I am now even more convinced that Ginjou's side is the badguys. Everything Tsukishima said sounded like remorse.
- Ginjou = badass. Of course he is evil, but his fight scene was epic.
5/5

Interesting ability from the kid.
And is Ichigo more reckless than usual? Now that he has a sense of power again, it seems to be really driving him, and making him think he's invincible. Still got a long way to go.
Its more like he can't bear NOT having power. Him being protected by someone else is the very opposite of himself. He would rather die trying to protect than to be protected. Its something Ichigo can't even think to allow.
When he has the power to do something, he is feeling alright. However having a power to do something is pretty much his reason of existence ever since his mother was killed.
His emotional state when he had no powers at all pretty much shown that too.
In this aspect he is VERY similar to Aizen in the case of "thinking of how the world should be, instead of how it is".
Ichigo NEVER got protected or felt "powerless" before this way. And this is after him being pretty much the most powerful being in the spiritual plane.
I would also not forget the possibility that the nature of fullbring powers could also be influencing him.
