Ichigo and Ishida's rival relationship is nice, good dynamic they have.   

Ichigo knocked some sense to Ishida.

Also Urahara really knows when to look cool and knows when to entrance at the right time.

Poor Kon... and Ishida sayong the literal words Ichigo told him when Ichi replied to his long rant about Ishida's sensei and his take of the history between the Shinigami and the Quincies....
