Mahou Sensei Negima! Chapter 336 Discussion

First off it seems that normalcy has returned to both worlds for now, as we are back to the usual school life of Mahora, it being really obvious from the almost repeated scene that parallels the beginning of the whole manga (page 7 of chapter 336).
Biggest shock was that Fate is now temporary teacher of class 3-A. I mean that was totally unexpected, mind blowing for me. I liked how Ala Alba sprung into battle mode right in class (I don't think Chachamaru is thinking properly, because her weapon will destroy the school and most likely kill normal people). This brings up the question, after the events of the magic world connection with Mahora academy, does humans at least in the Mahora area know about magic? No one questioned how the Ala Alba members transformed so suddenly into their Pactio abilities.
It was explained that the reason that Fate was taking over class 3-A is because Negi was busy with work overseas, to deal with the impending situation of the Magic World collapsing. Negi's plan has not been reveled, but it seems that Ayaka and Chizuru are involved in helping Negi (as he had mentioned it before that he needed her help).
At the end of the chapter, we have the usual love talk with the girls. Standard stuff, but when Fate joins in the talk, it seems he has a thing for him as well, probably not love though, probably like rivals or something similar like Kotaro. When Fate mentions in page 16 of the chapter about how the girls would not understand Negi's destiny, and that one who has seen the things Negi has seen would, I had already predicted that Fate would say something along the lines that he is someone who is close to Negi, and indeed that is what he said in the next page. I'm hoping that no Negi x Fate relationship is created than just working together to save the magic world. To me this sort of downgrades Fate's character almost to that of just one of Negi's minor students. I probably think that this is Akamatsu's way of bringing the human side to Fate's personality, but it feels like such a drastic contradiction to how he was presented before. Still, even though the last few chapters have been rushed and quality of the manga itself is decreasing, I'm still interested in how this will all truly end in the true final chapters of Negima, whenever that may be.

Ah yes finally back to the good ol' Negima that I remember. Even if it is for a few / 10ish chapters I'll be happy.
As far as the comment with no one in the class saying anything when Fate showed up in the class about the girls going Pactio form (other than teacher saying cosplaying), isn't all of 3-A pretty much knowledgeable about the existence of magic by now? Maybe one of those secrets that can't be told kind of things. What is it, like 8 or so that didn't end up being involved with the Magic World arc? Who knows, they may have been filled in on it. :shrug:

No he actually mean when Negi was fighting Fate, part of Ostia was reflected in the sky to everyone in Mahora to see, also the great paru sama crashed and lot of other things happened.

I don't know about every one else but i really hated the Magical World Arc. I mean sure, it was like set up since like the beginning but it would've been better imo to have like a Slice of Life School manga with weird classmates and some happenings like the Kyoto Arc than having an Arc where a whole world is going to explode. Well since they are back into the Academy I finally finally pic it up and read it again

Half of their vacations as lost in trainning for travel to magic world.
after fates fight past 1 week (http://www.mangareader.net/209-15030-1/mahou-sensei-negima/chapter-197.html)and negi in tournament says 1 month in ostia, after tournament end, i think past more 1 or 2 weeks to the end of magic world arc.

I think 2 months in magic world and 15 days in real world.

Sorry I mean 2 week in the real world.
As for Magical world at one point it was said how much the time differ so you can do that math to find out how much time passed there.
