The major aspect of this chapter was Shirabe's past reveal.



Now that is a good enough reason for her actions.




Being hunted down, your whole race nearly wiped to exinction, the horns used as a 'cure all' potion. If lucky your turned into a little slave, and even that is bad enough.

Oh yeah, it looks like Eva might soon be able to join the fight again! Too awesome!



Negi should have levelled up his party members some more.

The chapter was alright.

I still think that Fate was right in what he did, the only problem that I have with him is that he do not want to lend an ear to Negi's plan, just earring him out wouldn't hurt but he got so much obsessed with his fight than he forgot the world.



I guess we will soon get a response about Negi being stronger, as strong or weaker than Eva.

I too wanted to see Eva's face once she learns that the kid obsessed with his father choose the way of his master instead. But now that Negi has probably turned into a demon like her, I want to see her reaction even more.

That was easily my favourite part of the chapter.  My god, I've been waiting to see her again, she is definitely one of the characters I enjoy the most.  I really hope things play out well in the next couple chapters.  I really enjoy seeing characters reactions and interactions, especially in the case with a case where someone has gone through a huge change / growth (eg. I agree, he should at least listened to Negi's plan.  But, Fate has finally found something that he's been interested in, which is a fight with Negi.  His thoughts have drifted from saving the lives of as many people that he thinks is possible / is worth saving, to his own selfishness and desire to fight with Negi.
