Good Chapter each time I see Eva fight I wonder just exactly how strong is she really? (since the copy is suppose to be heaps weaker compared to the real body) I mean she seems invincible >.>.

Anyway the last part was a bit annoying with I want to be friends -_- sorta came out of no where.

Or don't go cliche shonen on us.  Then again, the whole "controlling your inner darkness" concept is kinda cliche in itself.  Even Negi's elongated hair style isn't all that original to be frank, though I'm suprised nobody has bothered to point any of that out.

Please don't forget that although Negi is quite mature, he is still only 10 years old.  Befriending does seem a bit awkward but almost makes a little sense in a way if you put in into that perspective.  Also by the looks of it (his interaction with his "followers"), Fate isn't entirely that evil either.  At least, that's what I think.

Well he set extra flags with Eva, and managed to somewhat overcome the darkness. I find the befriending thing awkward too. While i agree shounen sometimes are over hyped,  not actually that good, i don't really care if it is cliche anymore as long as it is executed correctly. If i had a penny for every time i had seem something before i would be rich.

She's not pure blooded, as she was bitten at the age of ten and hasn't aged since. The fact that she is not an underling, is a Day Walker and is extremely powerful is all her own doing. Five hundred years is a very long time to develop one's powers, and as we know now she has even created multiple spells.
