Well, just going by theory, because they were erased from existence by means of that incredibly powerful key artifact (forgot it's name), really all Negi has to do is punk Fate in the face, take the widget and restore reality to the way it was, no?



Besides, this is Negima. No one really actually dies, especially not female cast. Akamatsu has practically bent over backwards to avoid traditionally lethal instruments, like blades and firearms, from killing people.

all i say is we better get one hell of an epic negi/fate fight after this >.>

These are the most basic scenarios:

a) All Illusions are restored, with all illusions fully retaining their memories (Good End)

b) All Illusions are restored, but they don't retain the memories of meeting Negi and co. (Neutral/good end)

c) All Illusions stay erased. (Neutral/sad end)



A) This is possible.

B) I don't see why they would forget. What makes you think that way?

C) Also possible, but not likely, IMO.



Negi will become a hero and bring everyone back to life. So I'd go with A as the most likely to happen. ^_^

Come on guys. We know they're not dead... for long xD.



As for the secret of the Magical World it's pretty obvious by now but hopefully Ken will make it different to screw with us lol.

And I'm guessing that the truth about the magic world is that it's really all an illusion? Not really sure. I can't wait to find out what it is. ^_^
