Where did he say "the little girls age too cannot be judged simply by appearance"

And also where does it say the the war Nagi fought in happened 20 years ago?

Can you tell me the chapters! I need proof that those two are true. Have you actually checked it yourself or are you just repeating what other people have wrote down and thus only taking their word for it!!!

In short, can you prove me those two, chapters please and not just words!

Asrialys was probably referring to points I made in my posts in that thread, starting on this page:

http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=1238&page=86

My posts are easy to find... they're the huge ones. ><;;

I'll spare you a massive copy/paste, but there's really good evidence that Asuna is older than she looks.

Here's a short version:

1) We can be almost certain Asuna was in Ostia before it was destroyed in the war.

2) Ostia was destroyed 20 years ago.

Therefore, Asuna is greater than 20 years old.

Sorry, should have given you the link to the previous page in my other post. Or did you just look for my post?

Anyway, Chapter 169 for Albiero's quote. And 197 for Asakura's mention of Ostia.

Found them, thanks :P

I see what you mean.

For the first one i think Nagi is refering that their age does not matter during war-time as if they have to fight they will! Nagi was fighting in a war since he was 14 if i remember correctly, although i dont remember what chapter it was in.

Note: He was 10 when he won the martial arts tournament.

So for the first part i think he is refering as to how tools of war are tools of war, age does not matter.

I don't see how judging age by looks has anything to do with using a child for war.

I cant wait to see more, Asuna is remembering stuff, but what is with Negi asking the question if she is seeing stuff, that caught me off guard!

Maybe he heard her say Nagi? And he might have also seen her expression at that moment.

Yea, i see... I read a bit of what you are saying, and it sound retarded to me...

Asuna is 15 years old, which is the same with most of the students there. we dont know details, but we know the year they are in and thus they should be 15!

Also note that Anya said the same thing when she was comparing breasts :P

And it makes sense, she was not created in any way. She was just a princess, thus she has that power(probably bestowed upon her), but due to the power she was used and mistreated!

First off: I will leave the when Negi was conceived part out because since we know Nagi is still alive, it could have happened even after Nagi was presumed dead, which is when i think it happened, since he dissapeared 10 years ago and Negi is 10 years old.

(Actually we know Negi is 9 years old, so we know he was conceived after Nagi supposedly died) (read chapter 3 for proof that Negi is actualy 9)

Some Facts:

- In the flashbacks we see Asuna looking young, but we dont know age.

- When Negi was saved, he was 4 years old. Asuna was 9.

- Negi now is 10, Asuna is 15.

- People think Nagi died 10 years ago. Asuna was 5 years old at the time.

- When Nagi saved Asuna, she must have been 5 years old at most, that is because when Nagi saves her he gives his name to the people there, thus he has not "disappeared" yet.

- We know that Nagi is traveling with his party, but in no way do we know that he is assumed to have "disappeared at the time!"

What from the above does not makes sense and people are talking about growth problems? Tell me and i will be happy to solve it for you!

These is no time-machine involved, or a test tube. She is a normal human (well you know what i mean by normal)

Well, it's assuming that Asuna was found by Nagi in the same war Asakura mentioned took place in Ostia about 20 years prior. Although, whether or not time moves differently is anyone's guess. Then there's Albiero's thing about saying that "the little girl's age too cannot be judged simply by appearance."

As for the war that happened at Ostia 20 years ago about, i really have no clue, but i get say logically two things that can be wrong with it:

1 - We dont know if the Ostia war 20 years ago was the one Nagi saved Asuna from, because we know at the time that there was a World War going in the magic world.

2a -  We dont know how long the war lasted, it could have started 20 years ago, but dont know how long it took it to finish.

2b - Thus assuming she was saved from Ostia, we also dont know when Nagi saved her, we dont know when he was able to leave the other battlefields to come to Ostia!

Note: She mentions a war, which could mean the World War, not specifically the Ostia war!

I'm pretty certain that is not the case. If you look at the picture again with his expression,  as well as the way he sais it, its obvious to me that he is either having a similar experience, which is my guess, or knows something about it.

The first guess seems more correct to me. He is probably remembering some stuff of his own and maybe trying to cross reference them!?!?

A quite nice chapter and I'm glad to see her finally remembering stuff.

As for why Negi asked, my guess is he talked to Rakan about Nagi a bunch (which is probably what Negi meant by saying he learned a lot, but it'll cost him later, heh).  Rakan might have told Negi about Asuna's past a bit too.

Glad to finally see the story moving on to Ostia though.  Too bad there's no chapter next week. ><;
