D.Gray-man Chapter 213 Discussion

We've been hearing this every month since 2009. It's starting to get annoying. Yes, you're going to have no clue what's going on if you don't reread the manga. The pacing seems off because it's monthly (and there was a two month gap this time, which makes it even more confusing). The story telling is fine - in fact it's a lot more coherent than it was in the beginning. And yes, you have to reread the whole thing. That's the point. You can't expect to know what's going on every month without reviewing the manga beforehand.

Interesting chapter, finally caught up to this chapter from when the anime ended.

I've just reread the whole manga and I don't find pacing bad at all. Gaps suck though.

And to some statements above, I think the art changed. Is Hoshino the one who's drawing this one? Kanda looked quite derpy. The only thing that looked the same for me was the last page, with Mana (assuming it is Mana, or maybe Neah). And yes, Allen looked terrible on the front cover. Link looked pretty awesome though.

The pace is just good, though yea, I had to re-read to be able to understand it better. I still don't get a lot of stuffs though, and just like ModifiedxAkuma said, I don't get the 20 days 3 month time skip crap. I am going to assume that when he got "killed", he woke up 20 days after, and went searching for Allen for 3 months already... or something..?



And just who is the heart. I don't get you at all, apocrapper. And what's with your hairstyle, Lvellier. OR whatever your name is srsly spelled.

Wait Allen Walker is Sexual? i know he is a stripper but i still dont understand what you mean by sexual? Anyway I Agree TOTALLY AGREE!! Hoshino's Art manga changed it looks different. Dont get me wrong though, i still love it! ALLEN LOOKS CUTE but SUPER DIFFERENT! ITS NICE THOUGH! BUT HER OLD DRAWING FOR THE ONE!

So Link basically did come back from the dead. I wonder where his "killer" is lurking at the moment though...

& I'm not sure if I just misread it but, what did Zhu mean when he said:

Instead, I turned you into "the fourteenth".

Was he really talking to Link or was he referring to something else?

& I really liked seeing Allen dressed like Lag Seeing the beginning; cute! c:

I just realized something - Didn't Hoshino do a three month time skip right before Kanda re-appeared (in chapter 207)? But Zu told Link he's only been asleep for 20 days in this chapter...? That can't be right, since Link was supposedly "killed" when Allen made his escape from the Order - which was before the three month time skip. Does that mean Link was actually dead for nearly two months before Zu was actually able to "revive/save" him?

Kind of confusing, kind of forgotten what was happening slightly. Does look like Link doesn't remember what happened exactly but we'll see.



Also might be a flashback by the looks of the last page. Still look forward to the next one.
