I think it's impossible for him to be dead, too. But it would be an interesting plot twist, can't see many shounen mangas where on of the main character dies :D or i just haven't seen any. they always come back up by some miraculous way, so if kanda did really die, it would kind of be interesting :O

As everyone has said, the art does look quite a bit cleaner, flow is better as well.

Finally we're starting to take a look at the Bookman, and their reasons for switching sides.



I don't think Kanda is dead, I just think it's something to do with the fact that he's a second disciple and the innocence was forced upon him, gah who knows.



I really don't think the Cardinal is the heart though, taking out the guards, appearing just when he's needed and the Noah said that Allen needed to be kept from the heart, it's all too convenient.



Fingers crossed for some non convoluted plot, order and the past explanation soon.

Finally getting back on track now!



I'm not sure if I believe Lenalee's the Heart, idk?



Seems like Link is still rooting for Allen, I think he'll bide his time and help Allen escape when necessary.

Even the Earl has a human form surprised me,but why the tears?Something must had happened between the 14th and the Earl.

Yuck!!The thing looks creepy...@_@ I hope someone can save Lavi and Bookman...

Poor Allen,he always has such a good appetite but he cannot eat because of those damn people who will do anything to know more about the 14th.Maybe Allen should have escaped from the Order instead of being treated like a prisoner. :p

This was probably one of the best chapters in a long time, honestly. The art was better and you could actually tell what was going on.



I really hope Lenalee isn't the Heart. She just... annoys me, no offense to Lena-fans. O just don't like girl characters in general for some reason. I want Allen to be the Heart! He's so cute. c;



Ooh, the Earl captured Lavi and Bookman? I really hope we find out more about Neah now. He seems so interesting!



And with the whole Allen-fainting thing... I don't think it was just a coincidence that he passed out as soon as he thought about that. Either that or the Cardinal guy (who reminded me of Shou Tucker... creepy) had some weird power that made him pass out or something. Maybe. He just creeps.me out. And it looks like Allen is in danger! Which makes me excited. I love when my favorite characters get hurt or something for some reason...



I like how we were able to see a little of everyone in this chapter. But I also really hope Kanda isn't dead! D;



Ahh. I really can't wait another month. The suspense! Either the chapters need to be longer or it should be weekly updates. :<

We already saw him in human form when they started the attack on Alma.

Great chapter. Seems like the plot is moving on now that the 14th has awakened.

It's a sad thing though, that for the sole purpose of waking up Neah, Kanda (and Alma) had to go through all that. -sigh-

But as a final thought on the past arc, I refuse to believe Kanda is dead. Maybe the "Exorcist" is dead, but Kanda isn't. He's way too important and loved to die.

That picture where Kanda is leaning against a pillar with his eyes closed and Alma in his arms does not mean he is dead. -cough-



As for Mugen rusting, I wonder what's up with that? :0 Though I don't know the reason, I think it's the same case of Cross' Judgement. Just as Kanda, I refuse to believe that Cross is dead. That man might be of even more importance than my favourite character, not to mention there are way too many questionmarks surrounding him. I would love to know more about his relation with Mana and the 14th and about the 14th in general. It can't be a coincidence that at the moment Allen says that he wants to learn more about the 14th, the 14th starts to move. Hm, yes, it's all very interesting.



And what's with the Cardinal? @_@ The Heart is finally mentioned again... But I don't believe that the "Heart" is Allen or Lenalee, or anyone we know for that matter... (well, anyone of the obvious ones).



And I'm also very curious about what's going on with Bookman and Lavi. I'm dying to know about the first heir of the Bookmen which was, judging by Lavi's reaction, completely new information to him.



Can't wait for the next chapter. >3<

PS4: What's with all the negativity about the artstyle for the last couple of chapters? I liked it. ovo" Kanda looked good. Allen and Lavi looked best in the Arc Ark though. :3
