I actually think the art's looking a little better than it was before the hiatus...thats just my opinion though. xD

Btw. I don't really know why people complain about Hoshino's new art style. Every mangaka develops through time and I think Hoshino just got better... but that's just my opinion. Also I didn't find the chapter as confusing as many of you here... or so I hope. Although I also don't like introducing many new characters in one chapter, it's not like we have to immediately remember them, after a few more chapters of them it'll come to remember by itself, ne? ~

Tyki Mikk is a fucking BADASS!



Overall, I liked this chapter. I'm not a big fan of "Ragdoll" Road or "Mid-life crisis magician" Millenium Earl, though. What truly made the chapter for me was seeing Tyki make that Third guy his bitch.

It's only to be expected since Hoshino goes on frequent hiatuses and there has been some talk of her transitioning over to a new magazine. The monthly serialization should do the trick for her storyline and art, just like it did for FullMetal Alchemist and Claymore. To be honest, I'm ecstatic about the change. Sure, that means the chapters won't be released as frequently as they used to, but they'll also be longer and have a higher quality. Hopefully.



Now onto the actual content of the chapter:



Like everyone else, I felt that there was soooo much information crammed in. I agree that there should have been an indication of a time jump in the beginning. However, I think readers would have assumed so since it was a sudden transition.



Kanda's playing a major role in the plot! I suspect that he'll be part of the project... well, I think he was experimented on and developed his ability to heal from severe wounds. He may be part of Alma Karma, whatever it is.



You know, Allen can't stay with his group forever -- they're exorcists after all. It's all about the practical stuff.



I feel bad for that guy with poofy hair and glasses (I'm forgetting his name at the moment... Johnny?). From the looks of it, he might have witnessed the Alma Karma project?



I know Hoshino's art style has changed so much. In fact, I noticed it early on during that arc with that young exorcist with the ~eye~ and she used some chibis and screentones. Which is a bit weird for her, but that's okay. I hope she develops her art style further so it can fit in with the storyline.



Here's to waiting for a new chapter this November!

The Demon eye Wisely seems like an interesting Noah out of all the new Noah's introduced. Skin Bolic confirmed dead but not Noah of Wrath. Love pg 13 where the human Earl with his sword protected by other Noahs. That's just pure badass.xD The 3rd exorcist is kind of gross and creepy IMO. Noah's Invasion, started. Kanda vs Wisely, Krory vs Jasdevi(rematch,possible), Earl and Road vs Black Order,lol.



Although this chapter gives a rushed feeling, but I actually love it, especially since it made up for the hiatuses. Hope the storyline and plot be faster than weekly one.

When I saw that the chapter of DGM was up I got all excited and rushed to read it and i can't say it dissapointed me. Having waited for so long it could only be predictable that Hoshino would give us loads of new characters and cliff-hangers to get hooked to the manga once again. I mean I read this chapter 3 times didn't really get somethings but I can't wait to read the next chapters as to discover what truely is happening. I mean I think I'm not the only one who wants to know more about the noah, the millenium earl, what kind of person the 14th noah is (come on since chapter 182 and 184 people must be wondering why the creepy aura when the 14th is stronger in allen's body), what was really done to kanda and why he's so important........ I honestly get all hyped up when thinking about it!XD



As for the art I have read many negative comment but I don't really feel that way. I have the first volumes of DGM and I agree that it's completely different but in some way it fits with the story-line. I mean in the beginnig the characters were less jaded and more innocent like for ex. Allen Walker he was a really cute british boy but when he starts unreveling his past he starts growing up and becoming more "darker". The art work reflects this "grownth" and is really suited for the darker and more sinister themes, I really can't imagine those soft contourns and more childish designs fitting the current plot.



Well sorry rambling for to long but this chapter really got me expectant of what is to follow. Man can't believe I have to wait untill november *pouts in a corner*.





And is it me or doesn't the black order seem that they are gonna receive a big ass kicking by the Noahs? I mean they were already having trouble with the previous ones now that the noah have doubled I feel really sorry for the exorcists xD
