I was thinking the exact same thing.
My prediction is the following:
First of all, Al will return by the sacrifice that Hohenhein will make, in the same process Roy will get his eyes back. There will probably be a tearful goodbye between Ed and Hohenheim (Ed will finally accept him as a father).
Afterwards we will move into the epilogue (maybe one year later or more), we'll probably see Roy as the new king or whatever you want to call him, and YES he and Riza will be "together". We'll see Ed with Winry together, and Al finally in his real body. Meanwhile in Xing, we'll probably see Ling as a very important person (of course greed will still be there). Olivier and Alex will probably show an appearance along with some of the other notable characters. Also, I'll say this RIGHT NOW, we will finally learn scar's real name, and he'll probably be shown as the leader of the remaining people from Ishbal. In the very last pages they'll show Ed, Winry, Al, probably some others at the graves of Trish and Hehenheim, THE END.
I hope at least half of my prediction is true!
