Their strength truly is of monolithic proportions, especially with Armstrong as their general.

Kimblee forgot his stone but Ed doesn't look well!

a rather boring chapter IMO but at least we know that Arakawa is setting it up for the final arc. I'm really looking forward to the next chap.

And Ed lives! Just barely. I assume he should be out of commission for the while. Al is in pieces, ROFL. Looks like we're gonna get the climax soon? Since 'Father' is finally gonna move perhaps? *gasp* The end of FMA. O.O

That part w/ finding the secret to the book was kind of dumb ... I mean I can understand that the alchemists code there work and whatnot but that all just seemed random as heck.

The paper-layout circle was dumb as f*ck, but Al covering his wounds totally made up for it. Shit' he lost some years in his lifespan.

The last volume was pretty awesome. I'm liking how everything is coming together... so the whole country of Amestris was created by some artificial entity to become more powerful by swallowing souls. I like the theme of mankind being fucked over by trying to play god. That king thought he was gonna become immortal but instead he got his entire kingdom nuked hard o_O

Eh, Ed's a pretty determined guy neh?

Well, Kimblee met Pride and I wonder what's going to happen now Sloth is nearly finished...

Oo, and I guess Al's team has figured something out?...

I called it on the discussion for the previous chapter, didn't I (ignoring my failure at what volume we were on)?  It just seems like everything is coming together all of a sudden.  The next few chapters will determine in which direction this series goes in if it continues, or on what note it will end on.

The chapter itself was exciting, and had a good deal of information in it, but it didn't seem to progress us too significantly.  It's another of those 'over the course of a few minutes' chapters.  I can't wait to see what happens next.
