Interesting slight differences from the manga of their battle against P-girl.
What's particularly interesting is how the anime seems to take a lot of Ed's sensitive moments as Al's.
Another difference that was cut was the old man knowing Winry's grandmother, and hating her as the infamous Pantheress of Resembool.
I guess she was a cougar who hunted young men or something...
Although, unlike the anime, here is where we're first revealed of how unpresent or unloving for showing nothing as a father Howenheim was to Ed and Al.
And how he was mostly studying, while his mother said he can't help it, but Ed had a feeling she cried alone for feeling lonely.
Which they do show later in some form in the manga, but it's not as clear in the anime that the father wasn't fatherly at all since Ed tells us from memory.
In the anime, we just see that moment, but no dialogue of how unfatherly he was.
