Hunter x Hunter Chapter 370 Discussion

Hiatus x Hiatus

Hahahaha

The curse was probably passed to Bhavimaina with that tap on the shoulder, dunno why he did that bcoz he's an ally but it's probably bcoz he dropped his En and that he thinks that that was compromising

I wonder if there's any major main character (like Hanzo, Biscuit, etc) that will be killed.

Biscuit is arguably the most powerful hunter still alive. it's unlikely she would meet her end on the boat.

I don't think so. powerful? absolutely. most powerful? I think not.

we don't really know her power except that she is a very skillful nen user and can be turned into giant with a crazy strength. but that's it.

But I agree that she is unlikely to get killed on the boat. (I think that will be an interesting plot twist)

if you disagree i suggest you take it up with Togashi himself, who made this official HxH power chart. as you can see, out of the living people on this list, Biscuit is the most powerful. it's likely Ging is more powerful than her, but other than that she's a formidable hunter.

Now I'm more curious about the chart.

1. Meruem is not on the list

2. Zushi is.. less powerful than Komugi?

3. Kurapika is less powerful than Shoot & Knuckle, even Tsezguerra. You know, he captured Chrollo and killed Uvogin easily

4. Hisoka's mind is.. only 3?

5. Zeno or Silva is not on the list

I don't know what assumption Togashi used to make this chart. But the real question is, is this chart still relevant now? some character gained new power.

Welp... that's that. :/

Now that's another way to find out nen hatsu type.

                        ----------------------------------------

I have to admit, the assassin is pretty clever to execute that attack. Took advantage of the distraction and made the move with the snake.

Kinda curious to see what Kurapika's next move will be but I hope he's careful.

I liked how Kurapika and the bodyguard were psyching each other out. We learnt more about the mannerisms/body language of the different nen types. The Silent majority assassin picked the right time to attack, but little did they know Ace Detective Kurapika is on the case.

Great chapter 4.5/5. It would have been a 5 had we not gone on hiatus

These were some creepy looking snakes. Who could the assassin be? hmm

i assume Meruem is not on the list because by comparison to everyone else the numbers would have had to have been put way down.

Komugi had extremely powerful - but specific nen, which leads me to my next point

Kurapika has nen abilities made specifically for only a very few amount of people on earth, which is why it's incredibly strong against those people. but against others, it is useless. like with Gon in CA, just because you make a very powerful but limited condition does not make you automatically stronger than everyone else if the conditions severely hinder your ability to fight. with Gon it was time based, with Kurapika it is ridiculously specific for his own needs.

Hisoka is reckless and only fights because he chases after power. Yes he is clever with bungee gum, but if you compare his mind to someone like Chrollo i can see why he'd put mind so low.

the chart is not that old when you consider how much hiatus time has been since he made this which i believe was 2014. maybe 30 chapters? it's really not that much.
