                        ----------------------------------------

Finally, Hunter x Hunter is back and it's nice to see Kurapika in action again.

2 hours until departure but the bodyguard number count doesn't look too good. Still, I'm just glad to see this series return again. Kurapika still got it :D

Im not sure how you guys can even call this the best shonen any more. It is quite evident that Togashi has either lost interest or just isn't well enough to continue at a consistent pace. Also i know he's never been an amazing artist in the first place (But I do miss his detailed backgrounds) but this chapter was and the last previous chapters were at a new low in terms of quality. Just like berserk, i fear both of these mangaka's kind of lost their motivation to draw anything exciting and the quality seems to just be getting worse the more I see. Also berserk just seems to be following a neverending circle and I fear that the author has no idea where to go with the plot.

Meanwhile Hoshino is just killing it with D gray man.

precisely HxH is "the best" for the plot, the drawing is a roller coaster... You should analyze more whay you say: I mean One Piece has a nice drawing but bad plot (new island, conflict, sad flashback, friendship discourse).

First Chrollo, then Ging, now Kurapika too can copy abilities? *sigh* Togashi, why you running out of ideas? :(

Ging does not have a copying ability, he's just very good at controlling his nen and by analyzing how an opponent does something, he can figure out how to shape and control his nen in a similar way, if the opponent's ability is merely throwing a nen ball by instance it's not really that hard to shape your nen into a ball too and throw it if you are an Emission type, we don't know, but he probably ins't able to mimic more complex abilities though.

It's not different from Hisoka "copying" John Doe's disguise ability. There never was anything preventing someone from creating a Hatsu similar to another person's if they knew the theory behind it, they just don't it frequently because:

1-It may be from a different category which you are not proficient with, by instance, John Doe's scarf is Conjuration, being a Transmutter Hisoka can utilize it, but not as well as John Doe, which doesn't matters much considering the nature of the ability.

2-Just because you know the theory behind something, doesn't mean you'll actually be able to do it, by instance, you may know the theory behind riding a bike, but it still requires a few tries before you can fully grasp it.

3-Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you proficient in doing it, you'll probably not be able to use a copied ability as well as someone who has been doing it for years by instance.

Chrollo and Kurapika don't copy, they just steal a person's Hatsu and are able to utilize them as if they were their own, also Kurapika probably had the idea to create his ability after seeing Chrollo so there's that.

Ging is more like knowing the recipe to create a cake similar to another person's, Chrollo is like stealing an already made cake and claiming he did it.

I hope Kurapika allies with Pariston. Would be very interesting to see more of him.

so Kurapika in Emperor Time mode can temporarily borrow/steal nen abilities eh fuck is he overpowered or what lol

still this whole arc seems confusing with how much mysteries, characters and complex dialogues it has

People focus too much on Kurapika stealing the hatsu or another copy technique again, but seems to forget that it also drains Nen of the target thus force them into a Zetsu like state. The question is how fast will it drain the target. I mean even if he uses In to sneak the Steal Chain into piercing the enemy, they will feel it cause of the said pain it gives, and might remove it if possible. As of now we don't know if the target can remove it on their own or only Kurapika can~

I dont see any problems with that because most of this stolen abilities are completely new for readers (so Togashi has ideas)
