Yeah, I think that's pretty funny as well. You would think it would be some kind of big reveal. But, no, he's just there sitting in a chair. I like how confident he was that Gon will pull through, though I'm not sure why Gon would be happy to see Pariston who is a guy I don't believe he has ever met?



Aside from Ging and Pariston, it's going to be kind of tough to remember all these names for a while. At least they all have unique designs......very unique designs.

on the bright side at least i didn't have to wait thru years of delays! lol  i read almost all of the ant arc over three days...chapter 198 (where pockle gets the axe) to here

I really like how Togashi can start out an arc with some people in a room just talking, and still make it this good. And this is a great introduction to Ging and Pariston, two of the best characters this arc. And as some have previously said, that Ging is just introduced as a normal guy after being hyped so much previously in the manga is pretty hilarious.



I love how Pariston moves his chair so he will sit at the end of the table. That little action really shows what kind of character he is.

finally...caught...up!  well at least i didn't have to wait through all the accursed breaks tho.  so thats the chimera ant arc all wrapped up.  this rat guy...he's reminding me why i dislike politicians...he seems very slimy.  good to see ging...and that he has some confidence in gon...will be interested  to see how the plot moves on now that the long chimera arc is now over.

it was worth it...i don't think i could have bourne waiting all those years for the ant arc to come to an end.  i might have abandoned the manga.
