interesting indeed. i think  what is interesting now is what direction the manga takes after this.



on a tangent, there was an episode on the Justice League where Lex created a robot that can copy anyone's power just by looking at them. it got to the point where, after it copied everyone's powers (except for batman, hes but a mere mortal), it became so powerful that defeating the heroes would have been pointless. having become a god it decided to leave earth in search of more interesting things.



it is not entirely the same and it is certainly nothing new but the concept is very similar. it is likely that the king wants to fill one last gap and hten that will be that. considering how powerful he has become it is unlikely that any of our guys would have been able to scratch them ever since the bomb.

I'm really enjoying the character of the king :) arc is a bit long, but it has been a good one for sure. i have no idea what's happening with gon but killua is a beast now :)

So the king will pass his final moment playing with Komugi... I think he<ll die just before the end of a game that he was going to win. Anyway still no Gon and Killua, maybe next week they<ll be back

you know its not gonna be a peaceful end xD i have a feeling the "new" king will be able to beat komugi, and thats all he wants. Might even kill her after.

Palm is underrated. She went through so much shit, became part Ant, and is clearly furious about it. I don't think she's forgiven Meruem and the ants per say, but she's willing to break her promise to Killua because she can see that Meruem's not the same person he was at the start, and she accepts that.

You forgot Gon started all this adventure to find his father. There will be more arcs unless the manga will end prematurely.

As I was reading this chapter I kept paying attention to the page number in fear of it ending, I love when I get that type of feeling when reading something.

king in the beginning and meruem are completely different

meruem asking for komugi's location was very powerful, it moved me to tears
