NANA Chapter 78 (Part 2) Discussion

Oh my god... oh my god... I... that was so sad!

I know we saw it coming, but it always feels so different and almost unexpected when it does happen. No! But, we are going to catch up to the present pretty soon, I think. There will be a time skip (since not much will happen other than little Ren being born and whatnot) and then we'll get back to trying to look for Nana somewhere in the UK.

that was so sad. That last page... that was so sad... poor Nana...

Nuu! Ren...is really dead?!



What would happen to Nana? ;__;

Really really really sad!!! I thought that some death would be good to the plot but It's really sad....

I don't even know how I kept reading during the body identification scene. Saddest thing I've ever read UNTIL the ending. To go from Nana's feelings when she heard the doorbell ring to after Yasu spoke. What a cruel life. :(

man....that was such a heart wrenching chapter T____T i wonder how nana's going to take this, probably leading to the plot in the future chapters

The last page really hit me. I feel so bad for NANA.

So it's finally confirmed, Ren is DEAD! From what I can tell, it seems like only his hands were miraculously uninjured or mangled.  The last couple of pages, with Yasu finally breaking down and Reira throwing herself at Ren's body was really moving.  I guess this finally confirms it all.  I just wonder how Nana's breakdown will go.



Meh...Can't wait for Chapter 79!
