He sleep with other women sometime, but the one he truely love is Nana, and will always come back to her, so he isn't so bad lol. Although it is really low to sleep with another woman when your wife is pregnant, I totally support Nana for getting back at him by making out with Nobu when Takumi went to see Reira in her home town. Actually for these two it is a common thing for them to sleep with other people. Takumi can have sex with anyone without loving them, but Nana have sex with men because she think she love them, but later learn that it wasn't that, and it always back fire on her until she have sex with Nobu who is a virgin and truely love her. You see it throughout the manga, so they are on the same level. That's my opinion.
