My first thought about this chapter is replaced by tears. Anyway, it's hard for me to find words.

This lesson is perfect 'till the end.

Was i the only one who noticed the features were a bit different in some frames, like  coarse ones ? Maybe for accentuating the intensity.

This is the second time Takasugi stabbed himself. Once to extend his life, and once to end it. This is also the second time Gintoki shed a tear. Once when he sacrificed his master and once when he sacrificed his comrade.

Tama said that he's crying when she's almost broken because of Kintoki, wasn't she? And that graveyard scene with Otose also kinda implying that he cried from his mouth movement.

I CRIED LIKE 1 HOUR. I WAS A WRECK WHEN I FINISHED LAST LESSON.

Ugh.. I knew it.. I knew that he would die but i wasn't ready..

Even now my eyes are blurring..

We love you Shinsuke.

And Gintama will end after just one lesson. Thats heartbreaking..

My heart is broken THANK YOU GORILLA YOU MADE ME LAUGH A LOT OF TIMES AND NOW YOU BROKE MY HEART REALLY BAD!

AND I HOPE JUST ONE THING FOR LAST LESSON PLEASE DO NOT MAKE KAMUI BALD OR I SWEAR-

if this manga did't have all the useless generic repetitive shit comedy chapters it could be easily a 8.5/10 at the end, because the main story and characters are very good,30% of the manga is just repetitive comedy, the shittiest type such as dick and sex jokes that doesn't even make a 8 years old kid laugh, only simple minded people laugh at this tipe of comedy, sometimes there is some good comedy and parody but the majority of it is just bad,the last arc comedy is the worst and it gets very boring sometimes, btw excellent chapter. well, mr edgy teen these sex jokes aint for u kiddo, u aint gonna get it in ur life.

Short, bittersweet and effective...RiP Takasugi, you were a great villain and an even greater friend. So the end is close...just one final chapter left!

Sigh. I've willing spoiled myself.

Guess I need to pick Gintama back up again.

You have no idea what we have gone through with the inrush of all the feels. This is how you bring down the curtain of a story that will be remembered as a masterpiece in the memories for those who dared to ride all the way until the end.

I am fully convinced that Gintama is a league above of the majority of the long running shounen. There is an ocean's divide between fans who like how other long running shounen handled themselves towards the end. Be it DB, be it Naruto or Bleach. In stark contrast, you'll see an overwhelming majority loving this finale.

People say a lot of stuff about OP, but in all honesty, even the once most avid fans lost their interest since the time skip. You won't find many in the case of Gintama.

How should I say it that I wanted a happy ending where Takasaugi was alive, his master was alive but I really liked Takasugi heck he is one of the best character of this series these past few ch I've been shedding a few tears. Also, this once again proves that why Gintama is one of the best Shonen out there.

So, the next ch is going to be the last one?

Ufff, this was...spicy;_;

It's honestly crazy how much chills this chapter gave me and I loved all the dialogue. Worthy ending for a great character, R.I.P. Takasugi.

This is the first time that Gintoki cry in the present (he cried for Shoyo). This is heartbreaking (for this who didn't notice, read again the last panels).

This was truly awesome, this lone chapter can easily make 702 chapters worth reading.

So happy to see that Gintama ends on a very high note.

Also, farewell favorite character...
