Did Sorachi trollishly rip off of Prince of Tennis' ending AND basically had Otsu(Sakuno's VA) sing "Tenipuri tte ii na"?

I don't know whether to laugh or cry or do both. I always felt Gintama would end with a massive troll ending and there we have it.

I'm really glad the Gorilla didn't rush the ending and attempt to tie up all the loose ends in the final chapter and that he's going to continue the story.

I wonder if MAL will set this manga as finished publishing and make the next chapters its own entry.

fucking sorrachi, i don't know what emotion i has, but definitely, not bad for this series... will probably just a volume at max tho, soo...

Sorachi really did it. At this point I don't care if I keep getting fooled, but Gintama shouldn't end.

Sorry to break it to you. But GIGA only releases 3 chapters a year. Decamber, May and August.

Well it's not a surprise. I knew Gintama wouldn't end so easily. Plus the news of the manga shifting from Weekly Jump to Jump Giga was announced prior to the release of the so called 'final' or 'last' chapter!!!!! Now let's see how the beginning of the end begins in a new journey in Jump Giga

Damn, that countdown gave me anxiety af. Love how Sorachi acknowledged that there's no way to end a series when it's too busy doing a gorilla wedding, lol.

It depends. If the Jump GIGA chapters are in a separate volume than the WSJ chapters, and the title of the series changes, then it would be it's own entry. If it still is just called "Gintama" and are in the same volume as the other chapters, then it'll be the same entry.



Saiki Kusuo's last couple of chapters were published on GIGA, but those chapters were compiled with the last couple of chapters published in WSJ, so  they didn't get a separate entry.

I'm glad it's not over yet!
