I thought Gintoki was searching for the dragon balls.

one things for sure: we still have a long way to go since questions keep on surfacing in a frenetic manner on every released chapter. i guess whats written on the bandages was some kind of spell to seal whats inside? to stop  it from regenerating? if so, who put the seal? and its sad that there was still no solution for sadaharu to get back to normal, but maybe one day, a plot twist will come and that heart is the solution.

So the dude Kagura fought along with Kamui taught her how to modify her body...

I guess that Kagura, Shinpachi & Okita will soon meet up with Hijikata.

I was thinking that They would make joke about Gintoki finding ONE PIECE, damn good joke to miss , overall i don't know if i like this or not this whole arc is not needed...........

I think that was Kamui who taught Kagura that technique. It looks like his attire.

I wonder if Kamui, Master Sun, or Umibozu taught Kagura that technique

The one thing that bothered me is where the hell did Tamako go? She immediately disappeared when OkiKagu clash happened.

                        Utsuro's heart? Or Shoyo's? Or the same?

I mean is it something that was left (?) after Utsuro fell into that hole two years ago? Or could it be something like a "remnant" of Shoyo himself that Gintoki accidentally found somewhere? The former sounds more likely, but the latter could signify many things. But in case of the former, even keeping the heart doesn't mean Utsuro can't regenerate (we saw that in the fight against Umibozu), so many questions are still there regardless.



Also what was necessary for Takasugi to obtain immortality if he was searching for this as well? Or is it something Takasugi wasn't expecting to find in the first place?
