Lol, it looks like we're starting an arc, rather than ending one. When Sorachi said that we're entering the climax of the arc, did he mean to say that we're entering the "second-half"? But yeah, this chapter brought up some interesting plot points and it seems like a bigger problem is arising. First of all, timeskip Gintoki, Takasugi and Hijikata, still look the same (besides Gintoki and Hijikata's change in outfit). We got a bit of a clash between Gintoki and Takasugi. According to Hijikata, Takasugi probably freed all the Altana-powered Tendoushuu and they'll be wanting back their Altana. But Takasugi's role here is still left a mystery. I don't think Sorachi's writing him up as a full antagonist, but rather someone in the middle of the spectrum. The way Takasugi talked felt like as if he wanted Gintoki out of the situation for his own good. Maybe Takasugi's planning on taking down Utsuro by himself, assuming that Utsuro is still alive.

But really, is Sorachi actually planning on wrapping up this series? :P

But the fact that Takasugi himself seems to have a fundamental change in his power (which he apparently took willingly) makes it more like he's planning to "end" that which Gintoki couldn't. It seems to me that he's planning on ending all the altana shit alongside himself, but he just needed those powers in order to accomplish that.

Basically I'm thinking that Takasugi is going to sacrifice himself. But Utsuro's status remains a mystery for now.

YESSSSS!! My body is ready for a new arc! To be honest though, since timeskip began, I already considered it like a semi-new kind of arc.

I'm pretty sure Takasugi's anger against Gintoki is over, I really hope this fight is not another chapter of this feud. But there's another level here and i'm afraid Gintoki can't do anything this time.I don't know what could happen : Takasugi wants to take the control of the universe as he's got the Altana ? With this brand new "ability", does he want to find Utsuro and fight him with his own way ?

Now a question about Hijikata : I'm just wondering with his costumes, isn't it for a married man ?

There's also the mystery of how everyone was able to survive the crash of the ship. Takasugi must've done something, and my assumption was that he used Altana to keep everyone alive, including himself.

Hmm good thing no one's mad at Sorachi trolling us with this last arc stuff before because he's obviously starting a new one right now and i'm also not mad but grateful because there were still a lot of questions unanswered, issues need to be solved, so we might have a long way to go.

I'm thinking that Takasugi got the blood from Tendshou, but Utsuro(after waking from the Pit) freed the Tendshou
