According to what we have seen in this three last chapters nothing happened since the end of battle and then all of sudden all sorta  of thing happens throughout one day, doesn't make much sense", this is from Reddit, agree that it's weird with the timing





BTW, I think the grave is either for Oboro, Bansai, or UtsuroI was thinking the same about the series, Shinpachi discovers all the characters 2 years after but he didn't saw them before.

Also, that means Gintoki and Takasugi are in Shoka Shonjuku since 2 years without doing anything, and no one thought that they could be there. But maybe this is not Shoka Shonjuku, maybe it's the end of the "quest" Gintoki was following.

I re-read that chapter and didn't find it strange at all. Maybe Kondo's marriage is something that recently happened or Shinpachi just didn't feel like talking about it with Otose and Catherine until now. As for the rest of Shinsengumi, Nobume and Soyo, even though they are in the same city it's not like Shinpachi sees these people every day. He doesn't have to be immediately up to date with all of their lives.

HOLY FCK!!!!!

This chapter was so AWESOME

This is the old gIntama that I missed...

Zura gave quite the good speech 👌👌 and that Eli entrance was just soooo good, and I missed "her" so much...

Poor Sakamoto  going bankrupt, and Mutsu becoming a black market salesmen was actually good, in my opinion.

But those 2 last pages with Kagura punching Shinpachi (if it is her, and I hope so) and Gin-chan and Takasugi appearing in front of what it looks like a grave? It's probably Shoyo's (or Utsuro's, though, it's technically the same person)



Above all I really liked this chapter

Haven't felt like this when reading Gintama for a while...

Gotta be honest though, that Mutsu narration about how Takasugi kept on standing and walking gave me chills. Takasugi and Gin's (now dressed properly like a proud samurai?) encounter at the end kinda gave a serious vibe it makes it hard to be a troll, but still who knows.
