Tsukuyo had been irrelevant for a very long time now. Not that I particularly like her but I feel like she isn't getting the treatment she deserves. Sachan and Zenzo shined enough in the shogun assassination arc, so I don't really expect them to do anything worthwhile. Kamui also might die sacrificing himself for the sake of his family which would suck for me, also Abuto is definitely gonna die. Sadaharu's death would be sad as well. And as much as i hate Takasugi, i doubt he'll die, i also don't care whether Nobume will die or not.
Chances are none of them will die but some have higher risks than others. Nobume dying is less likely than Isaburo turning out to be alive lol. idk man but i feel there will be several deaths by the hands of Utsuro and some of them are most likely to die 100%, the sacrificing-himself-thing is 'trending' in gintama lol
Sabu-chan's death really broke my heart :(
