Boriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing. Seriously, Amano should turn this manga into Shounen-Ai instead. Why the hell there's a one sided 1827 in there? Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh.

As character, Hibari is absolute garbage, and everyone who have at least a little taste knows that.

No personality, no introspection, no human weakness (like some fear, anger, sadness, etc...), nothing.



I have to disagree. I think he does have a personality, but Amano provides us with little opportunity to see it. He's considered a main character, and yet he get's no development. Lol, we know more about Xanxas that we do about Hibari. When do we actually see Hibari when he's not beating people up? Never. But he must be doing something in that time, right? We just don't see it.



There are many questions about him that if answered would do a lot to show his personality:

What is Hibari's home life like?

Why is his disciplinary committee so loyal that even ten years later, some of them still follow him?

Why is the school so important to him?

What produced his herbivore/carnivore mentality?



I think Hibari has a lot of fans not only for what we do know about him, but also for the stuff we are hoping to find out about him. So your generalizing comments are what really show poor taste.

And also I know most people don't like how Hibari talked so much...and its a bit OOC I admit...but is it really that bad? Maybe that's why I like TYL Hibari more because he actually talks a little more than just "biting people to death". His personality and character development should be a little more...fleshed out (not sure if this is the right phrase to use here) ?

He talked quite a bit through this fight, it was nice. I loved the part about the small animals finding there own way the survive. Seeing Tsuna's expression through it all, makes me wonder if all this talk of pride has finally clicked within him...? I sure hope sooo, I liked this chapter a lot but I really miss Yamamoto & I'm a bit tired of Deamon Spade already~

Good chapter, Hibari said some interesting things~
