Awesome chapter, I really like the direction this arc is going in.

Also, I knew even before the page loaded that Adelheid's ring power would expose her boobs more LOL

I liked the idea of how the Shimon Family is Earth that is why they are able to rival against Vongola. But I have a feeling this is all going to end by Tsuna and Enma seeing the past and what really happened with the first generation and that it was all a mistake. Then they make up and everything is all fine in the end. I really hope that it doesnt turn out this way because it is so predictable and a really bad way to end this arc.

I agree but come on, it just wouldnt be a shounen if friendship and true feelings didnt conquered all......sigh.

Ok, I think I'm missing something here. I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this, or thought about this.

...But, aren't Tsuna and his group a lot more powerful than their Shimon counter-parts?

It was stated in this chapter that both ring groups were equal in strength. While that may be true, Tsuna and his group unlocked the full potential of their rings during their battles in the future. Now, originally one could argue that this already puts them above and beyond the level of the Shimon group since Tsuna's group has had plenty of training with their rings. However, that's a different point.

My point is that Tsuna and his group now have powerful Box weapons tied to their rings. This alone should put them in a whole different league than the Shimon group. Not to mention, it seemed to me that, Tsuna went above and beyond everyone else fighting with Byakuran.

...So, please, someone tell me why they are being intimidated by a group of people that have just recently obtained their rings? They have had no practice what so ever with their rings since they JUST unlocked them. Granted, the rings are equal in strength to the Vongola rings, but NOT with Tsuna and his group's box weapons. In fact, no one else but Tsuna and his group should have box weapons at all.

This battle should be cake for them is my point...but the manga isn't making it seem that way. Unless they are really trying to pull off.."A random group of kids appear that have only just now unlocked their family rings AND are equal to, maybe a little bit less than, in strength to Byakuran." because that would be ridiculous.

I'm just sayin'

Ok, this is getting really good! I loved these last few chapters! At the beginning of the ark I was a little hesitant of these new characters but holy cow was I wrong. I mean, I still hate Adelheid with a passion but the whole story makes so much more sense now. I think that these fights are a lot more justified and central to the storyline then the Millefiore fights. And it looks like Tsuna is taking over finally! I'm so excited! I've only been waiting the whole series for that to happen. Ahhh, I'm so excited! Have I said that already? Ohhhhh. >_<

I can't help but think that the whole thing is a misunderstanding though and by the end of this ark it will all be resolved and the 2 families won't hate each other anymore. We all know Primo would never do that but it's certainly interesting to see the Shimon families resolve. I want some ass kicking though! I hope it doesn't do that thing where the Vongola will be completely dominated at first then get stronger and win later. They better be able to hold their own next chapter and kick ass. Which I'm so excited to see! :D

People have to remember, Tsuna and his gang went to the future where they became just about evenly strong or close to the power of their future selves. There future are probobly most likely better than the Ninth Generation. So the current Tenth Generation shouldn't be that far off from them.

That big boob lady is getting irritating.

Nice background plot. But the earthquake-and-thus-the-Shimon-rings-were-recovered part was abit .. -.- And why does every battle need to have seven each and must involve rings + flames? Yea, of cos it flows well, that every Vongola Guardian has his/her own opponent, but it is kind of getting old.

Varia, Arcobaleno, Millefiore, first generation guardians and now Shimon. Except the Kokuyo Arc and the fights in Melone Base were more or less random.

I am sure we will see more of first generation Vongola Guardians. :DD

Agreed. That equivalent character and earthquake thing are just too convenient...

I hope those similarities between the first generation stop just at their appearances; and that the Shimon Family first gen won't look the same as the tenth gen.

Despite that, I actually like the Earth Flames plot. We could see even more types of rings and flames through the series. That could be pretty interesting.

Also, I'm almost sure that "T" flame of Enma means "Terra". I wonder what the other letters mean. XD
