Can´t hate Rukawa after that. It´s those lil details that reminds me of how much I enjoyed the anime back in my childhood and reading it in the manga still give me chills

I agree. When I watched the anime and read the manga for the first time for some reason I was not a big fan of Rukawa, but now, after 6 years I see him differently.

Rukawa saved Sakuragi there.

He was too afraid of making another foul.
