Yu☆Gi☆Oh! Chapter 124 Discussion

So Yugi and Jonouchi never fought in the duelist kingdom arc of the manga. Wtf, this is the first time I've been disappointed in the manga version. Props to the anime for changing this part. This may be the only time I'll praise the anime version over the manga. Well then, no big deal. Time for Pegasus vs Yugi!

                        Well the final match is upon us! But before that;



I laughed at this part so hard! In the anime they did a Joey vs Yugi duel cause why the hell not, more excuses for card game advertisement! In the manga they openly discuss this and Yugi points out how stupid and pointless it is!



Anyway, Bandit Keith confronted Pegasus as he was heading for the final match with Yugi, but  Pegasus just killed him right there on the spot ... damn, RIP Keith.



Yugi gets reunited with Honda and Bakura, where Honda acknowledges that smt isn't quite right with Bakura, as Bakura just goes and encourages Yugi to kill Pegasus, wow. Still in order not to worry Yugi at this important moment, Honda keeps to himself.



Anyway, the face off between Yugi and Pegasus finally begins! A lot is riding on this one duel, that's for sure.

Great stuff.

Yugi and Jonouchi realize there's no point in dueling and having Jonouchi put his faith in Yugi to defeat Pegasus. Pegasus uses his powers to create a penalty game for Keith and causes him to kill himself. That was cruel and awesome though. Now it's up to Yugi to defeat Pegasus. The duel begins next chapter!
