Yu-Gi-Oh! Chapter 42 Discussion

Yeah, this time it is another Jonouchi centric chapter and it wasn't very good. Games weren't as good or engaging and the end came off as trollish. Jonouchi won but not really. Kinda pointless chapter. Not a good way to end this volume on considering how great it was.

i know this does not much to do with chapter in general, but... dont you feel the games in this story have a very basic development? lok at the games jounouichi has played in this chap... they all resolve in few pannels of random action and that is over. takahasgi has a very genius style of preparing the challenges of his chapters and characters say one or two very smart things but... his games, duel monsters games and not duel monster games really are mediocre as f... is for that i could not  consider this manga more than decent at best.

Well, Jonouchi did not become a millionaire, oh well. He sure was lucky in those games tho. Japanese game shows ... wow.
