Air Gear Chapter 217 Discussion

Sigh.. another chapter where I have no clue what is going on most pages, and again there are weird unexplainable Air gear terms no one can understand except maybe the author himself.



Like seriously, Are we expected to understand this constant barrage of sciency explanations about what they're doing.

                So Air Gear's finally back. Oh! Great says that he'll try not to take anymore breaks for the remainder of the year, which is good news for the fans.



anyways, 217 is one chapter that's long overdue in this manga. finally, Buccha gets to do something significant for Koga, which he hasn't done is ages.

actually, Trick 218 has been for a couple of days now, but its a low quality cam raw and not a scan from the Shonen Magazine. We'll have to wait for someone to scan a MQ/HQ raw. =)

umm bad writing is bad writing. doesnt matter if its convulted or not.



it is just randomness really, and the metaphors arent creative enough to be confusing, its confusing because its random.



oh!great's style is great art and bad story/writing, its like that in both AG and TenTen. (which got so ridiculous i had to stop reading it because it was almost insultingly dumb)

What was that giant monster supposed to be?

Mmmhmmm.. ok chapter.  I think there were too many wasted pages....and the scientific explanations are sorta confusing me -___-



But i'm sure glad it finally came out, anyone know when the next one will be released?

Yeah I agree but I enjoyed the chapter. One of my friends told that if I want to understand what really is happening in Air Gear I have to read the chapter several times xD

But I still enjoyed tha chapter, looks like I was wrong when I said that that guy cant handle all of Koga members at once...

awesome chapter. it was long overdue and a good chapter at that.  interesting techniques and now monsters are showing up in this make believe world.

Buccha didn't even really do anything *that* special.



Anyway, Agito seems to be drawn more mature like than what I remembered.  



I think Oh! Great know what they are doing.  It's not that the plot is convoluted (well, okay, maybe it is), but they like to over exaggerate everything and use a ton of symbolism and metaphors for everything, so things seem much more complicated than what it really needs to be.  That's Air Gear's style though.  



Oh, and there definitely wasn't enough Emily in this chapter.  

I'm really starting to believe that this manga should be put back maybe 100 chapters and start over again from there. Way to much stuff is happening and most of it doesn't make sense. I feel like hes going each week and drawing what he thought of for that moment and not an actual plot line.

It was a good chapter but felt disconnected from the previous for some reason.

i liked this chapter its about time bucca do sumthing yes now i cant wait for next chapter
