Also, an intermission: Yotsuba goes yonkoma!

it’s easy to see that the author loves summer more than anything and I sure do love his idealized version of summer within this manga, but boy in real life nothing makes me happier than when summer ends and fall creeps in so it’s a little hard to get behind the vibe of this chapter lol

wha? hamburger-sama thinks that curry goes well with seafood?

doesn't sound like a good combination.

...I just put two pieces of the puzzle together. Back in chapter 7, Yotsuba tried to tell Fuuka what her father's job was. Being little still, she flubbed the word. In the ADV manga, she said "trainspotter" for "translator", while the scanlator who did that chapter for koiwai.biz gave the romaji of what he said he was, and what she relayed to Fuuka, explaining that she mistakenly said he was a maker of konnyaku... which is why Fuuka asks about it in this chapter.

Never had curry.
