Kekkaishi Chapter 343 Discussion

Very depressing chapter..but I still liked it, to some extent at least. His mothers truly ignorant though. I wish it wouldn't of come to that. Who knows what the next chapter will bring though.



(Still hoping Tokine and Yoshi get some closure though >< sheesh.)

                        That was a really emotional and just plain messed up chapter. At this point I'm not sure how I feel about what his mother did. It's true she did the right thing but she made some harsh decisions without even considering what he wanted. Kind of got the feeling that something is really off about her. Like her humanity is twisted or she lacks the basic emotions a normal human should have.



Best part was when he slugged that bastard. I was hoping he would wale on him for at least two pages. Overall good chapter despite the horrible taste it left.

I don't know I didn't like that chapter at all. At the same time even with his mom being sealed it's just horrible. Not only that it seems to me that the story could still go on i mean by saying he still didn't have complete control of shinkai and he still needs to mature as a kekkaishi I don't want an abrupt ending it just wouldn't seem right.



Also I could see yoshimori training for years to get his mom released from that prison.

Knowing that Yoshimori's mother being sealed along with Chuusinmaru and all,, its like i knew how Yoshimori feels. Its simply too bad.

Yeah, with her personality, it kinda makes me wonder how she ended up having husband and children.



I don't know, for some reason I think she is actually burdened by her own power and talent, and hides behind face she shows to the others.



Also, judging from her eyes, maybe she is under something like constant Musou, making her seem emotionless and cold - at all times, that is.

Its really ending like this! Thats just unfair to the readers! I have been a fan for awhile now so this just seems utterly retarded by my stand point.

Whoa whoa whoa... That makes sense though. Weird that our main character only showed up a handful of times in the last 50 chapters. I want Yoshimori x Tokine closure by the end!

Sad chapter and my fears that the manga was ending are confirmed. Somehow the 'final' battle was a little anticlimactic but oh well.

Yeah. Yoshimori's mother is insane. Hopefully it wont have a messed up ending
