Red is so clumsy.

chapter 2 and already new pokemon, nice.



i feel the pace is fast, but maybe little too fast, he came for viridian city and lost chance to catch the pokemon between them.



but maybe the manga will surprise me, let's go next chp.

                        This series looks like it’s taking a more realistic approach to pokemon.  That machoke was vicious.

How the hell got a wild Machoke into the gym?! I can only think that it might be one of Giovanni's pokemon; he left it there on purpose in order to protect the gym from intruders, but still...



I liked when the pidgey took a shit in Oak's face  =D

Red got a Bulbasaur. I bet the Machoke was a gurad or smt.

Great action against machocke, and bulbassaur is a cutie. i much preffer this adaptation where red gets bulbassaur instead of charmander. also professor oak with personality is always welcome

And I like how Red ain’t starting his adventure with Pikachu, but has Poliwhirl and now Bulbasaur on his side.

Glad I was able to find this physically unflipped.



Never played Gen 1 or its remakes and it's been a while since I played HGSS so this is only my second entry into Kanto lore.



Is Viridian town that close to Pallet Town? Showing Giovanni's gym already?
