instead continuing the ruby and sapphire appearing previous chatper, they dragged long chapter on emerald "bond" with his pokemon, if this were the anime i wouldn't care, but because the manga had long took different path from the anime, it very annoyed me, especially with weak character like emerald, i don't hate him, but he really don't make me interest in him.
Aside from the jokes, this part feels boring and very long. If they hadn't linked it to the past heroes stones (I guess Jirachi's wish will heal them?), I wouldn't probably bother reading the second (double) tome .
4/5 Still, a few nice "mystery" elements.
Jirachi, a millennary appearance on a random spot on Earth? Then there should be no legend/info established among humans.
Emerald's victory had no weight because almost all of the fight happened in the previous volume. It looks like his pokemon are starting to like him though.
