Pokémon Special Chapter 61 Discussion

                        So the Elite Four is working the “what we’re doing is for the pokemon, even though we’re using questionable means” angle.  Unfortunately, the last two pokemon games I have played are Black and Black 2 so I’m a little tired of that reasoning.  Also, committing so many resources to just keep Bill and Green occupied make no sense.  Why don’t they finish them off if they were able to beat Red?
