Ah! My Goddess Chapter 287 Discussion

its not clear if this is the end yet people. but if it were to end, this would be the place to do it. even so, i don't really see a need for it to end unless it just isn't making any money and someone just doesn't want to support it anymore.

It would be nice to have a sequel like letting us see the live of their kids in high school

I started reading this around 2 years ago. I'm glad to see that its finally getting close to the end, though I don't mind if it continued there's not much they can elaborate on.



Nice chapter as well. Kinda curious as to what the tests are going to be.

Sometime ago I have read that the person that doesn't want to support the manga is... its author itself, Fujishima Kyousuke-sensei. He supposedly said that he wanted to finish the manga years ago, but the publishers convinced him to continue to reach 20th anniversary of serialization. I can only imagine that after 24 years of drawing the same manga, he feels tired of it, proof being his new project, Residence Paradise.



And of course I can't be sure this is the last arc, it just looks like it might end this way, since Fujishima-sensei used the movie's theme, the Judgment Gate. And we've seen him using other media for the original story before.

I really don't mind long series; but the only thing I don't want, is for the author to die before finishing it. I didn't read them, but that's what happened to the author of the Guin Saga novels.



I just hope this series and other long ones, like Ippo and Berserk, will get to properly finish one day.

Oh right. It thought that this twist was familiar to the movie.

i would have chosen to fight their stupid system, i bet Belldandy would have gone against her mother for that & sisters would help her, maybe Urd's mother to cause shes like cat & dog with Belldandy's mother, its their relationship its not there pleas to judge or test them,  SU FK BEL'S MOM with that dumb Gate thing!!!  :)

haha so the "gate" is the gate of judgment....that actually makes sense. should he fail he could never hope to see her, nor could she ever hope to go see him.

The Judgement Gate appears i was quite surprised actually that something from the movie show up, but what was more surprising was who was waiting for them there to begin the test.

It Was that gate that look like a girl from around chapter 193 didn't see that coming lol.
