Gantz Chapter 357 Discussion

I don't really know what to feel, to be honest. I really liked Reika, but it will also add to the plot with her being gone. Maybe.

But I think it is safe to say I'm a little bit confused. I'm probably going to go back and reread a few chapters, I must've gotten lost along the way.

What was the point of her death? Wrong character died and it also took 1 damn chapter to mourn her, what for? LOL! GTFO! T_T

So the strong Reika dies, but the crybaby damsel-in-distress Tae is still alive for some reason?



And the asshole Kei2 raping Reika's dead body was disturbing. Poor way to give Reika fanservice one last time.

Came back to reading gantz after a 3 month break to end up getting 30 minutes worth of read and finding this out. I'll admit, this chapter gave me an uneasy feeling. Granted that I had mixed feelings about Reika ever since she was first introduced. Didn't quite shed a tear there but it might strike me later on depending on the development of the next chapters.



Oh well...guess that I'll have to wait for a while for the chapters to stock up again.



Oh yeah and 5/5 for this chapter.

Reika is dead and Tae has shiny plot armor on her ass. At least she didn't die by being chopped to pieces or squashed.

Well done Oku, now you have to kill Tae :P

Indeed. Well ignoring all the shallow readers who empathize zero with the story the poor girl got killed and maybe thinking she wasn't loved so yeah sad chapter.

I guess bringing her back now will seem cheap, besides Gantz ain't working anymore.

So what will this other Kurono do now?
