Are they not going to revive Kei now? That sucks. I really liked it when he was around. Anyways I don't exactly agree with Katou's current train of though, at least for him personally, he will never forgive himself if he starts letting people die left and right without lifting a finger.

Realistic in the portrayals of the ugliness of mankind. Not 100% perhaps (the bystanders in this manga are stupid as hell), but it does the job. :))

Besides that though, I think the sensei guy is quite the hypocrite. First he revives the person he cares for, but when someone a bit less closer needs reviving he suddenly starts preaching how it's unnecessary. Come on now. And about the saving innocents dilemma... wouldn't killing the aliens that are attacking the civilians gives them points? Like... I'm not seeing the problem here to be honest.



Reika felt a bit unnatural to me in this chapter. It's the first time that she acted a bit cold-hearted.

Watching Team Osaka do such a bad job of not letting any bystanders die by not trying at all despite being way more powerful than them made Team Tokyo feel very hopeless and pessimistic.



All that talk about optimism being a waste of time and risking their lives to help people out shouldn't bother Kato in the long run since going against his want to help others also means going against his core principles as a character.

Time for the Tokyo squad to face reality. Maybe the Osaka guys started like them too. Tho, some of them were probably just assholes good at killing from the beginning xD
