Theresa is dead, Jean is dead, Riful is dead, so is Isley, Flora and a bunch of others... author obviously has no problem with killing his characters so if this is the final showdown (i hope not) and manga is about to end (once again - I hope not) then Clare actualy might really die (it happens in a lot of manga/anime, at the end of the story even main character can die). Yeah, but Jean, Flora, Undine, Isley, Riful and Co are just minor characters and can't compare to Clare. If Clare would die now, the last 100 chapters were for nothing. Theresea's death was more than essential to the plot, without it the story wouldn't even start. As you said, main characters are allowed to die only at the end of the story, but we sure hope that after the battle with Priscilla now the storyline is going to continue (we stated before that the organisation-plot is still not resolved).

Priscilla went freakin Aizen Mode lol and we all knew clare wasnt gonna die she rather give up all her humanity if its to kill priscilla

This has the making of one of those Fake Final Battles some shows have. It looks at first like everything is starting to get resolved, what with all the Abyssal Ones dead, but then you realize they still haven't resolved the Organization's plot yet.



I'm 95% sure that's where the story is gonna focus after this encounter ends, because there's pretty much just it and Priscilla left.

I know right... It has only been mindless fighting for a long while now. I'm not sure what to think of the current events, power creep is absurd.



Also, I'm not sure what to think of Clare and the blob at this point.

I thought Helen and Deneve are going to die... And i don't think Clare is actually dead...
