Claymore Chapter 85 Discussion

Helen and Deneve raising hell, and a new claymore, great stuff.

I've been wondering why they haven't claimed to be secret ops or something, so that if were spotted they wouldn't be told on. Well, knocking the spectators works too, but like in this case where they won't get knocked out.

i liked it, n whilst i did enjoy the fight too many pages were spent on it n i wanted some more story progression just another month until the next one 0_o

i think if they want to centre it around a fight they shud add more pages n then give more time for Clare cus i luv her <333

I think things were that way because Dietrich's capability needed to be shown.

The new Dietrich girl seems actually competent unlike most of her generation.



And I enjoyed the conversation between Helen and Deneve, acknowledging that while Miria is superior to Clare on many levels, Clare has a an incredible power that is hard to match.

Dietrich seems to be one of the few in the new generation that actually seems competent.



Meanwhile, Helen reveals herself to be too reckless and overconfident - she could have been seriously injured, or even killed, during this encounter.

Lots of new characters lately.

I feel there's going to be one big battle with lots of casualties soon. Nothing beats introducing great new characters only to kill em off later on.
