Gray is a main character, but if the pattern of his life holds up we already know juvia won't make it to the finale



In my opinion Gajeel is alive in the underworld, but he may as well miss the rest of FT manga or appear at the end
Maybe Hiro did this as a set up for the Light Novel, and Gajeel and Levy twins are going to save him from the underworld, i mean if not what reason would Hiro have to drop an "image of the twins"

Levvy is a former background chracter acceneded due to her intreste in a fake main character, gajeel was never a member of team natus so he was expendable



Gray,erza might have plot armor, and jellal association with erza give him as well

Makarov still has some story left, he needs to make up with his son before he dies so he aint going anywhere yet



Gajeel has been developed over time so this is fitting for him. With one less character gone we focus on some we havent, like juvia, who is nevt by the way



Brandish also needs to die, fairy tail cant have a powerful ally like that, but i dont think mest will be forgiven so i dont knw what to do about that, honestly this negotiation crap was gonna piss me off, if Brandish was gonna betray her home state then she cant be trusted

You're missing the point here. Now they have both a betrayed brandish and livid August with a personal bone to pick with Fairy tail for the underhanded ways ONE MORON employed.

He did it way back in Rave, and looking at it, makes sense (if Gajeel stays dead), why he did it this way. To explain, we have the 4 big pairings in FT, Natsu x Lucy, Gray x Juvia, Jellal x Erza and Gajeel x Levy.



- Natsu x Lucy, main characters, obviously they'll be fine;

- Gray x Juvia, they were the other canditates (in my opinion), but in Rave he already killed off a woman who loved this man (they both resembled Gray and Juvia, tho their relationship was different);

- Jellal x Erza, Jellal is Mashima's favorite character (probably), but he literally looks and sorta acts (now) like Sieg from Rave (Sieg's hair was bigger in Rave tho..);

- Gajeel x Levy, chapter 488 happened :/, there's a 50/50 chance he could come back, but point is he did the same thing in Rave (as mentioned in the Gray x Juvia section), but he killed the male here.
