That what´s going on since around the beginning of the series. trolling during series situations, though I didn´t mind that one bit I mean comeone that´s to be ecpected.



Spoiler alert: August will suck ass guys, this is not a prediction anymore last week I could have predicted the plot only, now I can write it for him.



Brandish will try to negotiate, August will refuse because he is loyal to Zeref and yell that. Brandish will remain stubborn. August will brand her a traitor and fataly wound her. Natsu who was in charge of handing her out peacefully, goes apeshit, August blocks him and performs some seemingly OP spells that scracth Natsu.

Natsu gets a hit in. August is surprised that he managed to even scratch him since he´s scum that´s so much beneath him. Natsu gets power up through rage and gives friendship speech about how he dares to strike down a comrade (igoring that Brandish seemingly did the same when introduced, but it´s good now she healed his cancer, she´s a good person). August gives speech about home comradery is bs and you don´t need it if you have power. Natsu gets one clean hit in and oneshots him.

While this happens we get shots of Brandish inbetween that ask Lucy and Wendy tearful why they help someone like her. Lucy responds with some bullshit, Brandish closes her eyes and cries some more (insert flashback picture of her childhood next to her crying). "Briliant writing Hiro, brilliant, that immediately makes her super tragic." Lucy convinces her to join Fairy Tail when the war is over (maybe this happens after the war).

Eileen senses how August is down and claims that he wasn´t that special afterall , while we see her unscratched with the 6 "Monsters" lying defeated infront of her.



Cut to Erza who she´s setup to fight and trust me be prepared for more bullshit.



August doesn't seem to be the type to be arrogant.

I´d given this chapter a 3 for FT standards, but similar to last weeks Charla and Wendy plot there were some things that actively annoyed me in this weeks chapter.

The kiss... that caught me off guard to be honest, I was a bit shocked, but that could mean Kagura is gay or bi, she is the guild master of a guild full of women so who knows. Or it's just Hiro's troll.

Maybe he is planning something with her character and Brandish? If not I think he used the old saying "He who laughs last, laughs longest.", he even used that panel were DiMaria made fun of Brandish for getting captured by the enemy, and now she's in her position.

She gave me heavy Reina vibes this chapter and I won´t make any predictions on her, besides that she´s somehow related to Erza which everyone knows by now.



I agree, those two girls even said she once used to live in Ishgar, maybe she lived with Erza in Rosemary village? I don't want to speculate much, just want to see how he'll handle this, hopefully much better than the Silver thing.

Also I liked that Jellal kept fighting, instead of being out of comission because he´s exhausted, or what I call the Laxus trolling. A tool Hiro Mashima loves to use in order to put Natsu into the spotlight.



Hey we got Laxus. Nevermind, he´s out! Natsu pull some power up out of your ass! Alternatively it can be used on Gildarts, Mirajane and occasionally even on Erza.



This brings me to my point, Gajeel's team should not be able to defeat the ones in the North... screw it, they had Minerva, what happened to her? She's not exactly the weakest, and Sting & Rogue aren't exactly fodder either (tho after this battle...). So the enemy must be a lot stronger. Hopefully these 3 in the North, Invel, August and Brandish are what Mashima planned to use (he said his editor wanted 5 or 6 spriggans).



You know it's not really fair to compare Laxus's and Jellal's circumstances... even if you liked or disliked his fight against Wahl, Laxus was still pretty hurt, and while Neinheart (along side Jacob) was one of the weakest (really interesting abilities, but low defence? really? -_-), he still managed to damage the Fairy Tail members. When Jellal faced him, he was in good shape, as for Laxus... not so much, plus Mashima already kept Natsu out of the war for some time, and seems like he's counting something, based on the titles we got from chapter 483 onwards (possibly a E.N.D. countdown).

Ahahahahaha six monsters? Gajeel sweetie stop drinking the koolaid. You have at most three and that's being generous with Elfman. Everyone else is fodder trash.

I thought of a Yuri moment between Kagura and Erza, WTF?



Irene/Aileen army is kinda cute.



Gajeel mention themselves 6 monsters but actually only one monster. Levy reaction from it are funny too and what a mistake to add Levy as a monster, haha.

Also, could it be the talk about Mt.Zonia is somehow related to Acnologia?
